The Ultimate Workout – Bas Rutten’s 12 Essential Moves

Bas Rutten has been perfecting his workout routines for years.  In this workout, aimed exclusively for MMA training, Bas shares a 12 exercise circuit that will get your heart pumping and have you defeating your opponents.

You will do each exercise for 50 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds in between.  Repeat these moves for 3 circuits for intense full body workout! The moves are as follows:
